Illumitex has created patent-pending LED technology that is light years ahead of current products, reducing energy consumption and offering greater brightness in half the package size of comparable LEDs. Our products offer increased brightness and efficiency and better quality of light to general illumination applications of all shapes and sizes. Technology to realize the Future Today.

By utilizing core principles of physics and changing the fundamental LED design, the Illumitex team has reduced the loss of light in the LED package and increased overall brightness. While traditional LEDs attempt to reduce this loss through inefficient means, Illumitex solves the problem by making fundamental changes to the package shape and size. This discovery will allow the Illumitex HBLED to deliver up to 37% more lumens to the target lighting area than the competition.  In addition, as the photos below illustrate, Illumitex technology delivers the light with superior uniformity in terms of color and power distribution, with no hot spots or ghosting.

Whereas traditional LEDs have been manufactured in circular and domed shapes in an attempt to maximize light output, Illumitex offers a solution in an entirely different form. By designing their LEDs with a unique form factor, Illumitex has created products that not only increase light output, but also make their implementation in displays and panels more efficient, providing more usable lumens into an application.
